This contract concerns the establishment of a framework agreement for the carrying out of asbestos, lead and real estate diagnostics by an authorized body whose mission details are given below: - Asbestos List A and B identification and Technical File Asbestos (DTA), - Asbestos Identification Before Works or Demolition, - Collection of materials for analysis in an accredited laboratory, - Visual Inspection/Examination After Work, - Dust measurement, - Pre-Sales Diagnostic - RADON Missions - Lead identification Before Work These services aim to: - To ensure the mandatory compliance of buildings and works with regulations, - To be able to justify it to official bodies (prefectures, labor inspection, CARSAT, etc.), - From respect the obligations of the owner, - To assess and prevent risks to the safety and health of occupants, - Protection of workers in their work environment, These diagnostics are carried out for buildings, structures of art, masonry earthworks, large passenger halls, technical galleries, service stations, road surfaces and industrial equipment Duration of the framework agreement: 3 years firm + 3X1 year renewable THIS MARKET NOTICE HAS FOR THE PURPOSE OF SENDING YOUR APPLICATION.
