This placement procedure is conducted with a view to concluding a framework agreement with an architect(s) and stability engineering office, on the one hand, and a technology engineering office, on the other. The contract is divided into two lots: Plot 1 “Framework agreement for architectural assignments and stability studies” The JYZ wishes to (i) appoint an architectural firm for architectural and construction design assignments, the development and supervision of construction projects, support in the preparation of master plan and ad hoc advice and (ii) ir. stability, which may or may not be part of the architectural firm. With this, JYZ wants to build a sustainable relationship with an advisory party that has knowledge of the construction principles and principles qualitative requirements of the campus. In addition, this party is expected to inspire and advise JYZ in the development of the hospital. This requires knowledge of the care processes in, among others, a nursing department, outpatient clinic, day hospital, emergency room, intensive care, operating theater, but also the support services, a basic requirement. Qualitative and well-founded advice on budget control, knowledge of government procurement regulations and planning/timing of (re)construction plans are an integral part of the assignments.
