Framework agreement for architectural and multidisciplinary design services 1. Object and context of the assignment Object of the assignment. The assignment concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement for a complete architectural and multidisciplinary project design assignment for projects for Ferm Kinderopvang vzw. The assignments may relate to new construction, conversion, renovation, redesign, expansion and/or technical adjustments of, among other things, office environments, daycare centers and related infrastructure. Nature of the framework agreement. The contracting authority aims to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor, consisting of a design team that can offer or coordinate all required disciplines.
