Woonwijzer Waasland is by the Flemish Government appointed as Energy House for the seven municipalities in the Waasland. Energy houses have the task of assisting residents in their operating area with all their questions about energy, energy saving, renovation and the possibility of premiums and loans. for this. This is done by providing information, providing housing and energy counters in the municipalities, and providing the Flemish My Renovation Loan and My Renovation Guidance. The tasks of the My Renovation Supervisor consist of three share: 1. convincing citizens to participate in a renovation process, providing advice on the approach, and carrying out a thorough energy assessment of the building; 2.providing support in finding and comparing contractors quotes, and help with applications for premiums and/or loans; 3.providing guidance in carrying out the works, solving problems and reporting to the Energy House on progress. To increase the capacity for this renovation guidance private individuals in Waasland, Woonwijzer Waasland wishes to appoint an external party who will carry out the My Renovation Guidance together with an internal renovation coach.
