Framework agreement for analyzes in the areas of justice and preparedness
The Ministry of Justice and Emergency Preparedness must enter into a framework agreement for various types of analysis services related to knowledge acquisition in the ministry's areas of responsibility. The ministry has a particular need for specialist expertise in quantitative and qualitative analysis, evaluations, as well as the production of knowledge syntheses. It would also be an advantage to have expertise in Norwegian state administration, as well as in the area of justice and emergency preparedness. The ministry is planning for a framework agreement of 2 years with an option for a further 2 years, and a flexible level of the scope of the agreement is planned, based on the ministry's analysis needs in the individual year. There is a great thematic breadth in JD's areas of responsibility and thus this framework agreement. Several suppliers can join together to provide one offer. Alternatively, the provider can document access to other competence environments. The ministry is open for feedback on the attached documents, drafts of the competition basis and annexes to the SSA-R. SSA-R is used as an agreement template.
