This contract is a framework agreement aimed at carrying out various diagnostic missions and site phase controls necessary for the completion of works linked to the 2030 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This is a framework agreement single-awardee executed by means of purchase orders, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount per lot, in accordance with articles R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are executed on the various sites of operations carried out or supervised by Solideo Alpes 2030, located mainly in the territory of the French Alps. They concern in particular the following geographical centers: Southern Alps (mainly the Briançonnais, in the Hautes-Alpes, as well as occasionally the Alpes-Maritimes, notably in Nice); Northern Alps (Savoie and Haute-Savoie). The market is broken down into two geographical lots: Lot 1: Southern Alps; Lot 2: Northern Alps. Interventions are carried out on various sites, including in particular sports infrastructures, buildings, structures and transport infrastructures, as part of the operations necessary for the organization of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games 2030.
