Framework agreement advisory services for construction engineering subjects The client manages approx. 300, 000 m2 of building stock throughout the country and has an ownership/lease relationship with approx. 160 buildings throughout Norway, divided into office locations, traffic stations, control stations and laboratories. The client has various roles in ongoing and planned new building and remodeling projects, but is unsure of the quantity and needs, which projects will come and in which phases. In this connection, we have a need for various advisory services within construction engineering subject, so that we have resources available when the need for advisory services arises. The framework agreement applies to the provision of advisory services for construction engineering subjects and includes: - Project planning in various types of contracts, including sketch projects, preliminary projects including calculation, detailed design and engineering. Preparation of description and FDV documentation in accordance with NS 3420. Assistance with information/documentation and preparation of appendices to the tender basis, as well as other significant documentation beyond the preparation of a description/requirement specification (for example: reports/investigations/risk assessments/SHA plans).
