Published on: 2026-05-22 00:00:00 Deadline date and time for submission of envelopes: 2026-06-26 Subject: As part of our work operations, VNF is required to guarantee the safety and health protection of workers working on construction sites, in application in particular of the provisions of the Labor Code, and in particular articles L. 4531-1 et seq. as well as R. 4532-1 et seq. relating to coordination in matters of safety and health protection (SPS). As such, since several companies intervene simultaneously or successively on the same building or civil engineering site, the project owner must organize SPS coordination and appoint a competent coordinator, responsible for preventing risks resulting from coactivity. Furthermore, outside the scope of operations subject to SPS coordination, the project owner is required to implement a prevention plan, in accordance with articles R. 4511-1 et seq. of the Labor Code. This device aims to prevent risks linked to interference between the activities, installations and equipment of the different companies involved.
