ROK_Project guidance_001 - 1 The Contracting Authority is currently looking for (a Consortium of) consultants, in legal, financial and technical areas as well as in the field of project management (+ editorial), who can guide it in the placement of the subsequent assignment and who can also provide further assistance after the appointment of the successors of Satellic NV in the form of services in the field of (among other things) advice in the fields of toll collection, taxation, road taxation, public law, EU regulations, possible complaints from users against the kilometer charge, development of new legislation and support in the advisory role of Viapass to the authorities involved. It is emphasized that the Contractor (all members of the Consortium) must be perfectly bilingual (French and Dutch, both active and passive).
