The purpose of these framework agreements is the acquisition of kitchen equipment for buildings in the Department of Aisne. The contracting authority is the Department of Aisne. It is organized as follows: • Buyer department: Energy and Catering attached to the Buildings Department, reachable at the email address [email protected] - The referent for this framework agreement is Mr. Pennelier. • Site managers: managers and managers of establishments, main users of equipment concerned. The framework agreement is divided into lots as follows: • Lot No. 1: Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, awarded in accordance with articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Minimum amount excluding tax annual €10, 000 - Maximum annual amount excluding tax €70, 000 • Lots n°2 and n°3: Multi-awardee framework agreements with subsequent contracts, awarded in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code.
