This furniture will mainly be intended for intensive use in rest and care homes, which implies specific constraints in terms of safety, ergonomics and durability but also be adapted to an audience elderly and sometimes dependent as well as compatible with the medical equipment already in place within rest and care homes (e.g. beds, wheelchairs, technical aids, etc.). The contract covers all of the products in the attached inventory and of the bidder's catalog in the defined product categories. The successful bidder will receive requests for additional products during the execution of the contract because it was impossible for the contracting authority to list all of its needs for such a long period. Additional products will be subject to the requirements of these specifications. This contract includes environmental considerations and the contracting authority therefore wishes that these specifications is part of this approach.
