Framework agreement for the acquisition of foodstuffs and everyday retail items for the needs of the services of the new commune of Saint-Denis The purpose of this framework agreement is to meet occasional and retail needs for foodstuffs. food and commonly used items from the services of the new commune of Saint Denis. Indeed, the new commune of Saint Denis carries out diversified public policies (sports, culture, socio-cultural, major events, etc.) towards different audiences (general public, early childhood, schools, adolescents, etc.).
