Framework agreement The framework agreement is an agreement between one or more adjudicators and one or more economic operators whose purpose is to establish the terms governing the contracts to be awarded during a given period, in particular with regard to prices and, where applicable, the quantities envisaged. During the validity period of the framework agreement, the successful bidder does not deliver all of the services at once, but gradually carries out divided services according to the needs of the contracting authority. Complementary products The market covers all products in the inventory attached and the bidder's catalog in the defined product categories. The successful bidder will receive requests for additional products during the execution of the contract because it was impossible for the contracting authority to list all of the its needs for such a long period.
