The subject of the contract concerns the supply and MCO of an NLU and conversational agent solution. The product will make it possible to provide a conversational agent which analyzes transcripts from voice conversations and an agent conversational which analyzes written conversations via a ChatBOT. This solution must offer a consultation HMI. By conversational agent we mean artificial intelligence technologies that make it possible to understand customer intentions and offer them appropriate responses. This conversational agent must be able to interface via API to the COMPANY's telephony service (a SpeechToText (STT) and a TextToSpeech (TTS)) for the SVILN and must include a presentation layer which can integrate with various COMPANY solutions (website and native applications) regarding ChatBOT. The solution must make it possible to asynchronously extract and use verbatims and labeling to qualify conversations for specific purposes. marketing operations, professionalization and exploratory analyzes for the COMPANY (detection of weak signals, customer engagement, etc.) and include Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies.
