This retender concerns a framework agreement on waste management, including collection and disposal of household-like waste on City & Havn's premises as well as administration and rental of containers.
By & Havn solves part of the waste management itself with its own personnel and equipment, but this is not sufficient to cover the need, and therefore By & Havn wishes to enter into a framework agreement regarding waste management at the addresses that By & Havn does not handle itself. The supplier undertakes to carry out the current need as well as changes in already set up containers, frequency, quantity, fraction. In addition, must the supplier could handle new addresses and other changes in need. The supplier must be prepared for the extent of the services to vary, but it is assumed that the supplier is capable of delivery at all times.
The extent of the services is determined by By & Havn for each address and each type of waste, unless otherwise agreed.
The framework agreement has a duration of 2 years with the option of extension for 2x1 years.
