Framework agreement - Supply and service of cooling equipment in the Czech Republic The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 of the ZZVZ between the contracting authority and multiple suppliers, when sub-contracts will be awarded by a procedure with renewed competition between participants framework agreement within the meaning of § 132 paragraph 3 letter a) ZZVZ The subject of the framework agreement, or the subject of sub-contracts awarded by the agreed procedure on the basis of and according to the agreement will be the provision of services consisting in particular of: - delivery of a new refrigerator or freezer facilities at CS (hereinafter referred to as "facilities"); - provision and performance of warranty service for cooling and/or freezing equipment for the duration of the warranty 60 months from the date of acceptance of the equipment by the client; - providing and performing out-of-warranty servicing of the device for 60 months from the day of taking over the device by the contracting authority; the out-of-warranty service also includes the supply of spare parts for the device at the usual market price price; - ensuring and performing post-warranty servicing of the equipment for a period of 72 months from the end of the equipment warranty; post-warranty service includes i supply of spare parts for equipment at the usual market price; page 6 of 20 - ensuring and performing post-warranty service of the client's existing cooling and freezing equipment in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "existing equipment") with a warranty period of 6 months from the date of implementation service of a specific device; the post-warranty service of the existing equipment also includes the supply of spare parts for equipment at the usual market price.
