Framework agreement - rental car The client wishes to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the supply of rental cars. The agreement will primarily cover Agder county municipality v/Den kulturelle skolesekken (DKS)'s need for rental cars. DKS is a national scheme that ensures that all school pupils in Norway get to experience professional art and culture every year. DKS needs rental cars for touring activities for artists with equipment. The collection of rental cars will initially be in Agder, but there is also a need to be able to pick up/deliver vehicles in Oslo and Stavanger. The agreement must also be able to be used by all employees of Agder County Municipality if necessary.
