Framework agreement - project documentation for rehabilitation works, repairs of drainage and culverts The subject of the order is the development of project documentation for the rehabilitation of slopes and/or retaining and frame walls and/or drainage elements and the provision of copyright supervision for the needs of the National Highway Society, a.s. (hereinafter referred to as "NDS, a.s.") on existing sections of highways, expressways and Class I roads owned and managed by NDS, a.s. as well as related and subsequent communications II., III. class or local communications for the purpose of maintaining their safety and passability and the flow of road traffic in the sense of individual tasks. The subject of the contract is defined in detail in part B.1 Description of the subject of the contract of the tender documents. The subject of the contract is the development of a project documentation for the rehabilitation of slopes and/or retaining and frame walls and/or drainage elements and ensuring copyright supervision for the needs of "NDS, a.s." on existing sections of highways, expressways and Class I roads owned and managed by NDS, a.s., as well as related and subsequent communications II., III. class or local roads for the purpose of maintaining their safety and passability and the flow of road traffic in the sense of individual tasks.
