Framework agreement - Preparedness exercises and analysis - Statnett SF The framework agreement will cover Statnett's need for external assistance related to work with exercises, testing, analysis and improvement work related to security and preparedness. The supplier must provide drill leader/planner/project manager with associated team for planning and carrying out drills. The supplier must also be able to provide advice in connection with exercises. The framework agreement shall cover Statnett and Statnett-owned companies in both operations and projects as well as within all subject areas, such as SHA, HSE, communication, HR and security of supply. Exercises and scope of assistance cover the entire spectrum from small discussion exercises to large full-scale exercises. Consultants must be able to handle graded information according to the Security Act. Need for support in analysis may include evaluation of tests and exercises, and analyzes for dimensioning security and preparedness. For further details - see the procurement documents.
