Framework agreement - Periodic cleaning services Sandnes municipality at Sandnes property, hereinafter referred to as the Client, hereby invites competition for new framework agreements for periodic cleaning services for the municipality's own and leased homes, apartments and barley. The purpose of this procurement is to cover the need for cleaning tasks that are done outside of normal cleaning. The assignment will mainly consist of the following: - Washing of homes when moving in and out and after rehabilitation - Order cleaning (to be ordered separately) The client intends to enter into framework agreements with 3 suppliers in priority order, provided that there are 3 suitable suppliers and offers. For further information, see part II Contract basis, point C.1.3. Framework agreement with several suppliers and distribution key. The assignment is described in more detail in Part II of the Contract Basis, with attachments. Contract value for the framework agreement (4 years) is assumed to be approx. NOK 6 million excl. VAT Total maximum value for the entire agreement period is 12 NOK million excl. VAT The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years with an option for a further 1 + 1 year.
