Explanation: As a social housing company with approximately 1, 400 social housing units, we are responsible for housing families. The services relate to buildings owned or managed by Woonmaatschappij De Noorderkempen. Through a framework agreement we can call on a contractor to carry out various repairs to electrical installations. The works can concern both occupied homes and vacant homes between 2 rentals.
