Framework agreement - Management, further development and method support of PLM Arvssystem The procurement concerns system management for the TIA/IDA, PMF and REF systems, method support for activities linked to the systems and further development of said systems. The different areas within the business is called Technical Information Autonomous (TIA/IDA), Material Lists (PMF) and Reference Data (REF). FMV intends to sign a framework agreement with one (1) supplier for all areas. The framework agreement's areas include system management of specified systems, support for the method support carried out by administration close to the business as well as further development of specified systems with associated consultant roles. The supplier's commitment in system management includes, for example, administration, adaptations, corrections, support and maintenance of the systems. The supplier's commitment within support for method support includes, for example, preparation of the business's needs, advanced support, support for user training and updating of manuals and handbooks. The supplier's commitment within further development includes, for example, new development, major changes or adaptations of the systems.
