The market consists of a provision of maintenance and troubleshooting services of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and gas detection equipment of the spinnaker buildings as well as the control of the tightness of the tanks in Mazout.
This specifications governs a service market for 24 months, which is for:
Interview
*Annual maintenance as well as the verification of installations:
-Stales gas;
-Chaudieres diesel;
- heat pumps;
-Aerothermes gas;
-Aerothermes hot water;
-Plit System type enclimatizations;
-the radiators;
-The regulation of the aforementioned equipment ;
-The equipment food networks.
* Annual maintenance of gas leak detection
*The annual maintenance of ventilation groups, extractors of sanitary facilities
* Control of the tightness of the Mazout cisterns.
Troubleshooting
*Troubleshooting as many times as necessary for equipment heating, air conditioning, ventilation and gas detection
* The troubleshooting of domestic hot water preparers, the faucet of sanitary facilities and interventions on fluid networks.
These troubleshooting interventions are subject to an intervention request from spi.
Maintenance will be produced by:
- technicians holding approval as defined at AR of January 6, 1978 - Royal decree tending to prevent air pollution during the heating of buildings using solid or liquid fuel (M.B. 09.03.19...
