Framework agreement with purchase order - Geothermal and Drilling Mission for the construction of an energy plant on the Futuroscope Technopole - Creation of production and injection drilling As part of the construction of a central boiler room energy composed of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal pool and 2 gas boilers, Dalkia is initiating a consultation for the Drilling part. The project owner DALKIA wishes to entrust the holder with a mission of creating boreholes pumping and injection (maximum 8 drillings to be carried out). The framework agreement includes the phases: - Phase 1 - Reconnaissance drilling (2 drillings in firm tranche and 3 optional tranches per drilling doublet, triggered according to the drilling results previous) - Phase 2 - Reaming and installation of final drilling equipment (casing) As part of the construction of a central energy boiler room composed of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 backup/backup gas boilers, Dalkia is initiating a consultation for the Drilling part. Considering the above, the project owner DALKIA wishes to entrust the holder with a mission to create pumping and injection boreholes (8 boreholes maximum to achieve).
