Framework agreement - Excavator and bulk transport services Karmøy municipality, hereinafter referred to as the client, intends to enter into a framework agreement with two (2) suppliers per subcontract for contractor services. The competition consists of the subcontracts: Large machines and small ones machines. Assignments will initially be offered to the supplier ranked as number one. If this supplier cannot undertake the assignment, the client reserves the right to award the assignment to the supplier ranked number two. The agreement will have a duration of 2 years with the possibility of 1+1 years as an option. The agreement will have a total estimated value of NOK 90 million if the option years are used. This is an estimate and in no way binding on the client. Client's needs: Hire of excavators with drivers and mass transport in connection with: Road construction, driveways, pavements, footpaths and cycleways Traffic safety measures Hiking routes/hiking paths/rest areas/parks Cable trenches in connection with street lights etc. Playgrounds In addition to excavators, the supplier must offer transport capacity in the form of truck/tractor with trailer.
