To ensure continuous and efficient operation of this facility, it is necessary with a regular supply of fuel. There is a need to carry out a new procurement. The municipality has experienced that stable and predictable access to fuel is essential to maintain the desired operating temperature and avoid interruptions. A new agreement will contribute to reducing the risk of downtime, ensure better resource utilization and contribute to the municipality's goal of sustainable energy use. There is also a desire to strengthen local value creation by evaluating suppliers from the local area. The acquisition will add ensure an environmentally friendly and cost-effective operation of the municipality's energy systems. The purpose of the criteria is to reduce environmental impact, ensure security of supply and contribute to local value creation in line with LOA § 5 Description The client wants offers for delivery of biofuel to existing biofuel plants at Bergtun in Nore and Uvdal. The supplier must supply biofuel with stable and documentable quality adapted to the client's existing biofuel plant. The fuel must satisfy the specifications quality requirements according to ISO 17225 as well as other requirements specified in the tender documents.
