Framework agreement - Craftsman services Karmøy municipality (hereinafter referred to as the client) intends to enter into a framework agreement with one to two suppliers per subcontract for the purchase of various services. The number of suppliers varies between the subcontracts. The client has to intention to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for the following sub-contracts:- System fittings- Roofing services The client intends to enter into a framework agreement with two suppliers for the following sub-contracts:- Ventilation and cooling- Electrical services- Builder services - Plumbing services The framework agreement will have a duration of 2 years, with an option to extend for a further 1 + 1 year, on the same terms. The total, estimated value of the framework agreement is approx. NOK 73 million excl. VAT per year.
