FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - "Comprehensive service - operation, operation and maintenance of water facilities along with sectional maintenance of natural watercourse beds in 2026-2027 in the area of operation of the Gryfice Catchment Management Board" The subject of this order is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the basis of which the contracts will be awarded executive orders consisting in the ongoing maintenance of watercourses, operation, operation and maintenance of water improvement devices along with sectional maintenance of natural watercourse beds, maintenance of flood embankments and maintenance of other facilities related to water management in the area of the Water Supervision Authority, i.e.: NW Gryfice I, NW Gryfice II, NW Kamień Pomorski, NW Nowogard, NW Świdwin, which are administered by the Gryfice Catchment Management Board. The order was divided by the Ordering Party into 5 parts. Purpose carrying out this procedure is to conclude 5 framework agreements, one for each part of the procedure, between the Ordering Party and a maximum of ten Contractors for each part, in order to establish the terms of orders that may be awarded in a period of up to 22 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as "partial orders". The indicated quantities (measurements) in the "Price Lists" are indicative. Pursuant to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, a framework agreement does not constitute an obligation the Ordering Party to award any future orders on its basis.
