Conclusion of a framework agreement "auditor" with one entrepreneur per lot

Lot 1: SVS BVAEB

The aim of the tender is to find a suitable entrepreneur per lot to provide the legally required annual auditor services of the five social insurance institutions. It's lyingt presently proposes a joint award of contracts in parts ("partial joint implementation" in accordance with Section 22 Paragraph 2 BVergG 2018), whereby the public contracting authorities involved in the "joint implementation of the award procedure" are responsible for their own responsibility with different distributions of rolesare divided or carry out the award procedure in the allocated lot in their own name. Client in lot 1: Social Insurance Institution for the Self-employed ("SVS") and Insurance Institution for Public Employees, Railways and Mining ("BVAEB").

Lot 2: PVA

Tender target is FIdentification of a suitable entrepreneur per lot to provide the legally required annual audit services for the five social insurance institutions.
