The public contract entitled "FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - ASSEMBLY WORK OF MACHINERY AND CLEANING OF MINING MACHINES AND MECHANISM" is, in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, divided into three (3) separate parts: Part 1 Public contract "FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - ASSEMBLY WORK OF MACHINERY - ORDINARY PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES" Part 2 Public procurement "FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT- ASSEMBLY WORK OF MACHINERY - QUALIFIED ACTIVITIES" Part 3 Public procurement "FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT - CLEANING OF MINING MACHINERY AND AUXILIARY MECHANISM". For each Part of the Public Contract, the Contracting Authority shall conclude one Framework Agreement with several Suppliers containing the contractual conditions for the performance of individual sub-contracts onensuring the required volume of relevant performance consisting in the performance of activities according to the specification of the subject of performance of the relevant Part of the public contract. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in the procurement documentation.
