This consultation concerns the carrying out of work to adapt housing for people with reduced mobility and the replacement of exterior joinery across the entire Meldomys property.
The contracts to be concluded are single-award framework agreements, executed by the issuance purchase orders, in application of article R. 2162-4-2 of the public procurement code, with maximum annual amounts set as follows:
Lot 01: Bathroom fittings - LOIRE ANGERS and ANJOU BLEU SEGREEN sectors: a maximum set at 500, 000.00 euro(s) excluding VAT per year (i.e. 2, 000, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax over the maximum duration of the market)
Lot 02: Bathroom fittings - MAUGES CHOLETAIS and BAUGEOIS SAUMUROIS sectors: a maximum set at 500, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax per year (i.e. 2, 000, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax over the maximum duration of the contract)
Lot 03: Motorization of rolling shutters - entire department: a maximum set at 175, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax per year (i.e. 700, 000.00 euro(s) excluding tax over the maximum duration of the contract)
