Framework agreement - Acquisition of Microsoft licenses The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a contract for the purchase of Licences. NorIKT needs a Microsoft license dealer that NorIKT deals with in connection with the acquisition of licenses for servers and users in order to ensure operation in the data center and in the municipalities in North Troms (Kåfjord, Storfjord, Skjervøy, Kvænangen and Nordreisa).
