Two (2) bikes per rack must be locked into the bike rack. The customer is not committed to the ordered quantities, they are estimates. The number is used for offer comparison. The quantity ordered depends on the offer prices. We are asking for two different offers for frame locks of bike racks as follows: - Frame-locking bike rack without roof: The offer must include the unit price: euro per frame-locking bike rack. We compare the unit price of one frame-locking bike rack (the price includes the frame-locking bike rack, foundation work, installation and transport to Laukaa) The space between frame-locking bike racks must be at least 80 cm.- Canopied frame-locking bike rack: The unit price of the offer is calculated as follows: the price of the canopy + the number of body locking the total price of bike racks + installation + transportation is divided by the number of bike racks that can fit in the canopy (which results in a unit price). Frame-locking bike racks come in between be at least 80cm. The choice is based on the combined unit price of both offers. The selection criteria is the cheapest price.
