Tender Details

The purpose of the procurement is to enter into framework agreements for special transport of transformers and other items in the weight class of 50 - 130 tonnes. The agreements shall take into account climate and environmental challenges and set emission requirements for vehicles used under the agreement. Statnett SF will enter into framework agreements with 4-6 suppliers provided that a sufficient number of suitable offers are received. A framework agreement shall be entered into for freight assignments from A to Z, as well as for hiring personnel and equipment for transport assignments and administrative tasks when necessary. The assignments include mobilization and demobilization of equipment. In addition to carrying out transport, the supplier must be able to apply for necessary exemptions, carry out inspections and be able to solve jacking and skidding operations. See Part II Appendix 1 Client's requirement specification for a more detailed description of the requirements and scope of the framework agreement. The contractual relationship between the parties is regulated by the attached framework agreement, see Part II Framework agreement for the purchase of transport services.
