Short description of the procurement: The Fr.R.R.Kreutzwaldi 2 apartment building in the Võru Old Town Heritage Area will be reconstructed into the B-energy class building so that all the special heritage conservation conditions are met and the building will see as original as possible. The project will reconstruct the entire building and ensure the needs of the utility systems. The exterior railings of the apartment building will be reconstructed, the district heating will be connected, the utility systems (including the heating unit and the apartment-based ventilation system) will be reconstructed or renewed, the renewable energy production plant (solar power plant) will be built on the roof of an apartment building (PV panels were also designed for auxiliary building. During the reconstruction, the public surfaces will be made heated. The apartment building is taken to the European Bauhaus requirements.
