(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12 with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal prison Camp (FPC) Alderson, West Virginia, issued Solicitation Number RFQ 15B10127Q00000001. This solicitation has no Set-Aside and must be able to deliver in the United States of America. This solicitation is for requirements for the entire quarter; however, deliveries will be made on a weekly basis with a quantity determined by Food Service staff each week for FY27 1st Quarter Fresh/Weekly Bread Delivery requirements and will include FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds and 52.232-19 Availability of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year.
