This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 15B10126Q00000031 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the Procurement & installation of commercial-grade snow removal equipment. Essential salient characteristics of the recommended manufacturer-or an approved equal-are delineated on the attached SF-1449.

(iv) Location of Delivery and Installation: Contractor may deliver all required products to 1 Glen Ray Road, Alderson, WV 24910 for installation on Government‑owned vehicles at the facility. Alternatively, if the contractor-s installation site is within a 50‑mile radius of 1 Glen Ray Road, the Government may transport its vehicles to the contractor-s local facility for installation. Contractor shall coordinate delivery and installation with the designated Government representative.
