Combined Synopsis/SolicitationThe National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Aircraft Operations Center requires the purchase of four (4) Holzworth Instrumentation Synthesizer Modules 10 MHz-12MHz.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) Solicitation number 140802-24-0482 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ).(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02.(iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals. This solicitation is being posted as a small business set-aside, brand name requirement with a small business size limit of 750employees. Offerors must be Holzworth Instrumentation authorized “Sellers”- documentation of status as an “Seller” shall be included with quotes. Only Holzworth Instrumentation Synthesizer Modules fitting the requirements in the Statement of Need parts will be accepted. Quotes including aftermarket or non-OEM parts will be rejected.
