Construction Services Notice Description Foundation and Site Works for a Seasonal Campground Bldg in Asessippi Provincial Park. the Asessippi Provincial Park Campground Office Has Reached the End of Its Serviceable Life and Has Been Closed and Demolished Due to Structural and Mold Issues. a Temporary Trailer is Currently Being used As an Office, But is Not a Suitable Long-Term Solution. the Project Scope for This Rfq Includes Foundation Work, Site Works and Service Connections As Required for the New Seasonal (Spring, Summer and Fall Operation Only) Building. This Project will Replace the Temporary Campground Office with a Properly Equipped Ready to Move (Rtm) Building (By Separate Tender), Complete with Electrical, Mechanical, Sewer, Water and Data Services. the Project Must be Substantially Completed by April 30, 2019 and Achieve Total Performance by May 14, 2019.
