Delivery Services, Distribution and Delivery of Correspondence, Official Documentation, Administrative Notifications and Others by the City Council, Both Locally and Nationally, as well as Other Services Related to Messaging and Communication Institutional This Contract Includes: • The Sending of Ordinary and Certified Correspondence. • Sending Administrative Notifications. • Urgent Messaging Services Within the Municipal Term and Outside It. • Information Bus Service Municipal, Informative Material, Etc. • Internal Baggage Service Between Different Departments of the City Council. Handling, custody, transport and delivery of suitcases between the different locations that need it. • Elections: Sending Nominations Of Table Members. In the same way, all the complementary, additional or specific activities required by the different services will be the object of the contract, including the return of the notices of receipt and, if applicable, of the certified letters or their own Shipments, When Unable to Make the Delivery to the Recipient. These Services will have to cover the needs of this City Council in accordance with the specifications that are detailed in the Technical Prescriptions Package and adjusting to what It has the current European and Spanish regulations.
