Subject: OFDT wishes to have a new computer tool for collecting sintes circulating products in the context of a project to dematerialize the system, by simplifying and facilitating information and the transfer of information. It is therefore expected from this consultation the creation and implementation: • of a database containing data on psychoactive products. This base must be transverse and exploitable by various OFDT projects. • a web interface for consultation and modification of the Sintes device, with different access to different rights. The interface must make it possible to modify the list of users and their rights, add, modify and delete inputs in the databases. • A website crawling program (mainly forums). The crawler will have to recover information about the various discussion wires as well as their content and a web interface for consulting the data recovered by the crawling of forums.
