The Bored Pipe Will Be Encased Within A 30" Steel Casing Pipe And Will Be Bored Approximately 6' Below Normal Grade And 24' Below The Base Of The Rail. A 40' Launching Pit And A 15' Receiving Pit Will Be Dug To Perform The Jack & Bore.
