The proposed project consists of the following: The contractor will provide roadway improvements, asphalt repairs, and surface treatments on NIST, Fort Collins, Campus. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to complete roadway improvements, asphalt repairs, and surface treatments as outlined below and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations in accordance with the statement of work (SOW). This requirement is assigned a NAICS code of 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard of $45.0 million for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Fort Collins, Colorado.
