Amendment: Cancellation of requirement for Architect-Engineer (A&E) Design Services multiple-award task order contract (MATOC) in pre-solicitation notice denoted W91247-20-R-AE01 and later by amended notice as W91247-21-R-AE01. This amendment serves as a cancellation notice of the requirement in its entirety. The Government encountered various issues with personnel movement and availability, ensuring appropriate expertise, and internal discussions regarding the optimal geographical scope of the required A&E services. The Government intends to procure A&E services utilizing a future announcement that may differ in material respects from that in the requirement now being cancelled. Industry is urged to monitor postings for an upcoming A&E services announcement.
