1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Twenty-Eight Pesos Only (Php 3, 926, 028.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Formulation of Social and Environmental Impact Assessment Study of Cabiao Water Impounding Project located in Cabiao, Nueva Ecija. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3 now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for Formulation of Social and Environmental Impact Assessment Study of Cabiao Water Impounding Project.
