1. The Local Government of Pio V. Corpus, through the MCPC Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 138, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the FORMULATION OF COMPREHENSIVE LOCAL JUVENILE INTERVENTION PROGRAM at Pio V. Corpus, Masbate. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
