Request for Expression of Interest for CONSULTANCY SERVICES
1. The Municipal Government of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro, through 70% of MDRRM Fund 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the Formulation of Climate and Disaster Risk Assessment (CDRA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Municipal Government of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Procurement of consulting services of a local consultancy firm/company with extensive experience in providing advisory services in the government setting as well as familiarity with the topographic Survey and planning.
