SCOPE OF WORK: The proposed general repairs for the Puerto Rico Police Facilities, Ponce Command (AEP-3563), consist of, but are not limited to, the following work items: Installation of gage #9 cyclone fence, 6 feet high, with 3 barbed wires and vegetative cleaning; washing and painting the exterior building with primer and two coats; roof perimeter fogging repairs; installation of 12x12 terrazzo slabs on the main façade; installation of glass panels resistant to hurricane winds; installation of Police signs and shields (high quality, 10-year warranty); "Hallow Metal" double metal door installation, 3 hours "fire rated"; installation of anti-vandalism luminaires on ceiling, expanded metal and anti-bird systems (electric avian deterrent); installation of protective mesh against birds; complete replacement of galvalume roof on transportation building, including structural certification and rainwater systems; installation of acoustic ceilings 2x2 inside (terric mod, fire rated); installation of sockets in designated areas; repair of cracks and spalling in walls and columns on floors 1 to 6; repair of joints and cracks in entry areas; construction of ornamental fence with columns; removal and replacement of multiple concrete sidewalk slabs with reinforcing steel; repair of fire pump systems and drinking water systems; installation of waterproofing system; complete men's bathroom remodel and women: sinks, specialized stops, automatic sinks, toilets, urinals, industrial accessories, acoustic ceilings, wall tiles, floor polishing; installation of cold water fountains (water coolers); installation of a new elevator; total waterproofing of the roof of the Transportation Building; and replacement of drinking water pumps, among other works.
