"The purpose of the Document consists, essentially, of providing technical assistance services for control and surveillance, environmental monitoring and health and safety coordination work for the replacement works of the Yesa A-137 highway. affected by the regrowth of the Yesa dam " FORM TECHNICAL PRESCRIPTIONS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE WORKS PROJECT 09/18 FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE A-137 ROAD AFFECTED BY THE GROWTH OF THE YESA DAM (ZG-SIGUES) The object of the work is: control and surveillance of the development of the work, both on site and in the manufacturing centers, under the orders of the Works Management; specialized technical advice to said Directorate in any problem that arises before and during execution, in expropriations, etc.; ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with the project; that the geometry, measurement and valuation are correct; that the quality of each and every one of the work units and their materials respond to what specified in the specifications of the contracting project and to which, whether mentioned or not, are applicable. It will also include the development of legally required work related to health and safety coordination (approval of the plan prior to the beginning of the work), as well as the monitoring of environmental and archaeological protection and corrective measures.
