Forestry services in cultivation activities at the organizational component of OZ Sever, VC 20 - Turčianske Teplice II. and VC 21 - Turčianske Teplice III., for the period 2024 2026 Description: Forestry services for the purposes of this public procurement represent a set of works, including the cleaning of areas from residues after logging, preparationva pods for forest restoration, forest restoration by planting or sowing, subsequent care of young forest stands by protecting them against weeds, game and their upbringing by thinning and removing unwanted trees from the stand for the purpose of their improvement and stability. This basic care is complemented by work in protectionof the forest, focused on prevention and direct defense against harmful agents, work on the removal of invasive herbs and trees, other cultivation work, work on the preservation and reproduction of the gene pool of forest trees and work on maintaining the forest transport network for the implementation of cultivation activities.It is a professional activity, aimed at sustainable management of forests in such a way and to such an extent as to preserve their biological diversity, resistance, productive and regenerative capacity, vitality and the ability to fulfill the productive, social and ecological functions of forests. It is a differentiated economyin forests, which takes into account various natural, forest, economic, economic and social conditions and requirements, applied in the preparation and implementation of the forest care program and procedures according to special regulations in removing the consequences of extraordinary circumstances and unforeseendamage to forests.
